This price guarantee means that for the time period the guarantee covers your power provider cannot simply adjust the price at will, so you enjoy a stable electricity rate – your chosen price is guaranteed. Should you decide to switch electricity providers, there are several options to do so. You can request all necessary documents to be sent to you without commitment, or switch right away online. Review the offer you’ve chosen and switch immediately online or request/download the necessary documents.

The documents can be sent to you by mail or email. Simply enter your street or email address and the necessary documents will be sent to you – you still have no obligation to complete the switch.

If you opt to switch online, you’ll need to provide all the important data. You will receive a 14 day cancellation and all contract information by email. Switching offline normally takes about eight weeks. Switching online is generally faster. Now all you need to do is make sure you send your new provider all the necessary documents for switching. Everything else, including the cancellation of your old power supply contract in due time, is taken care of by your new provider. There will be no supply gap – you will have continuous power at your home or business. Special German legislation, the Basic Electricity Supply Ordinance (Stromgrundversorgungsverordnung), guarantees your right to continuous electricity supply – on condition that the consumer pays all electricity bills and refrains from contract cancellation.
